Program Overview
Who is providing this service?
Inspections, Sentricon® installation, system maintenance, and warranty service are performed by HonorGuard Pest Management, a licensed Structural Pest Control company.
What areas do you cover?
HonorGuard currently serves Georgia and Tennessee, including the Atlanta metro, Augusta, Macon, Knoxville, and Chattanooga areas.
Will I work directly with HonorGuard?
Yes. There is no middleman for the service.

What is the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Both plans include Sentricon®. The difference is the warranty.

How much does it cost?
Pay once a year, or monthly. Cancel anytime after 12 months.

Sentricon® installation and the annual inspection are included in the first-year price on both plans.
Is there a separate inspection fee?
No. The annual inspection is included in every plan.
Why is Platinum more?
Both plans include Sentricon® and annual maintenance. Platinum adds a repair and retreatment warranty up to $5,000. Gold is retreatment only.
Will my price increase every year?
No. New contracts have a three-year pricing guarantee. We expect the same pricing through the early 2030s.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. One year. After the first 12 months you can cancel at any time.

Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
- Gold: Retreatment only. No structural repair coverage.
- Platinum: Retreatment plus repair costs up to $5,000 if termite damage is found while the plan is active.
The warranty is provided by HonorGuard and is subject to their service agreement.
How often are inspections performed?
HonorGuard inspects and maintains the Sentricon® system every year on both plans, as part of renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
Coverage ends when the plan is no longer active. HonorGuard removes the Sentricon® stations.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell?
Yes. It transfers to the new owner, which helps during a sale.
Will I get paperwork?
Yes. Inspection reports and warranty documentation go in your file.

Sentricon®
How does Sentricon work?
Stations go around the house. Termites carry the bait back to the colony, which can eliminate the colony. Protection stays in place. It is not a one-time chemical barrier.
Is it safe for family and pets?
Yes. It is a targeted bait system, not a broadcast spray, and it received the EPA’s Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award.
Is Sentricon better than a liquid treatment?
A liquid barrier can break down or get disturbed by landscaping, construction, or moisture. Sentricon is built to hit the colony, and those disturbances do not wash it away.
How long does installation take?
Most single-family homes are done in one visit.
Can I start on Gold and move to Platinum?
Yes. The upgrade adds the $5,000 repair warranty. Sentricon® is already installed on Gold, so this is not a second installation.
